Took a break from working out yesterday and the weight still went down. 😮
Happy Sunday to you all! 🍁
106.5 lb Lost so far: 12.5 lb.    Still to go: 1.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Haha 😂 Think it’s proof that sticking to a healthy diet and calorie control is more effective for the weight loss, while diet and exercise are both vitally important to a good health. Just hard to find time to workout with two demanding kids on weekends (excuse, excuse...)
