Yesterday, IF, 5x5 shoulder workout, 81 protein, 145 fat, 38 carbs, omelette, low carb tortilla, yogurt, mct twice, hemp oil once, nuts before bed, ovulation
159.4 lb Lost so far: 28.2 lb.    Still to go: 9.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 8.4 lb a week
