When we have guest staying with us. We have to be good hosts and eat along with them. Maintaining balance throughout the day. Less lunch more dinner etc. cutting Pound by Pound. Slow but chugging along
151.4 lb Lost so far: 7.9 lb.    Still to go: 31.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
