Yesterday, IF, 5x5 chest workout, 79 protein, 104 fat, 26 carbs, hot dogs, yogurt twice, avocado, hemp oil twice, mct once
155.6 lb Lost so far: 32.0 lb.    Still to go: 5.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 2.8 lb a week
