I have been fluctuating between 189 and the 190 something area so when yesterday it came and I knew I'd be picking out even though I tried not to I'm glad that I didn't jump a whole lot
191.4 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 26.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
