Yesterday, IF, 5x5 back workout, 89 protein, 121 fat, 22 carbs, yogurt, hemp oil once, mct twice,
154.6 lb Lost so far: 33.0 lb.    Still to go: 4.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 1.4 lb a week

How is it possible to eat only 22 carbs? Show us some food please.

I am on the keto diet. No breads, no sugar, no fruit except small amounts of berries, no pastas, no potato, no to a lot of veggies, etc. my carbs come from salads, some supplements have carbs, ACV has carbs, cream cheese has carbs, 2 Good yogurt has 3 carbs.
