Been a little with a lot going on and the big day is here for a colonoscopy, so now its a wait and see what the results are.

159.0 lb Lost so far: 30.6 lb. Still to go: 0 lb. Diet followed reasonably well.

Will find out this Thursday when I see my doctor and I think it will be all good as after the procedure they said that they will see me in another 5 years
