Yesterday, IF, leg workout, period, 124 protein, 88 fat, 10 carbs, yogurt twice, hemp oil and mct once, 1 teaspoon of salt
157.8 lb Lost so far: 29.8 lb.    Still to go: 7.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 22.4 lb a week
