I’m really questioning the validity of this scale. Not able to exercise fully since re-injuring my back last month, just PT twice a week, 8 sessions so far. Trying to keep at eating mindfully but have slipped many days into eating chocolates at work, and not as careful with the carbs as before, but...ok.
202.4 lb Lost so far: 16.6 lb.    Still to go: 27.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

As long as you are in a calorie deficit you will see that scale move. I lost a bulk of my weight last year being mostly immobile and having chocolate almost every day. Hopefully you will be able to move better soon!
