I had a minor mis calulation last weight in it said I lost 10 lb but I typed the wrong number!!! I have been weight training And grained a good amount of muscle!! I go to the gym three time a week and jog 15 laps around the b ball court in the gym. I just got todether with friends and we got a good schedule going! I'm eatinga salad for lunch and Cerel in the morning Skim Milk is not as bad as i had thought. I did have some fudge today also and a slice of pizza. I am going to jam in the store soon (for those of you that don't know I work and own a Candy Store!!!) Wish me luck and I wish you all a safe and happy weekend!!

You can go back into your weight history and click on...Enter Historical weight enteries....Then click on the calender day you would like to change and enter the correct weight. Hope this made sense. You are right....muscle does weigh more, but fantastic job on your workouts you will soon see the scale number drop. Have a great weekend!
