Yesterday was day two of Intermittent Fasting. And Cauliflower Rice for dinner ! Accompanied by Broiled Miso Cod, and grilled Cilantro, lemongrass pork Jowl. Hope to hit 150 in two weeks.
154.9 lb Lost so far: 4.4 lb.    Still to go: 34.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
