Holding at 154-How closely followed??? POORLY! While I won't shoot for 100% this week, I will go for reasonably well. Today is a new month and a new goal for me is to follow diet reasonably well (if not 100%). That is I will follow Phase 2 100%!!!! Phase 1 is just not for me-and it is not my cravings that make me not lose, but my lack of will power. I know I have it buried within me (will power)....I hope that my decision to stick to phase 2 and to watch my calories will "do it" for me. Happy July you all!!
154.0 lb Lost so far: 11.0 lb.    Still to go: 14.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
