Well I am on vacation and not following the diet so far. But I did make it within 5-6 pounds of my goal before I left. Never thought I would be this close. Never thought I would ever see this weight. Have not weighed in the 170's since before I was pregnant. The first time. Can't wait until after vacation, I think I will set a new goal and keep on trying to get to a healthy weight. I am excited.
