Still suffering from back injury that initially occurred Jan 2018, debilitating pain for a year and counting...spinal injections in summer 2018 and Feb 2019not helpful. Must start back eating properly and beginning exercise program, incorporating exercises taught in physical therapy from spring of 2018.
213.0 lb Lost so far: 6.0 lb.    Still to go: 38.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
