Yesterday, IF, chest workout, 100 protein, 127 fat, 12 carbs, collagen, strawberries, hemp oil once, mct twice, waiting for period
156.6 lb Lost so far: 31.0 lb.    Still to go: 6.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 1.4 lb a week
