This week my weight went up because of shark week. But I did exercise 6 out of 7 days 2x 45min 3x 30 min and 1x20 min workout. I count this as a non scale victory!
160.9 lb Lost so far: 6.6 lb.    Still to go: 11.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
