Back on track. Its a small loss but I am happy. I know I am still consuming too many carbs but I will work on that too. I hope that everyone will have a great Friday
196.7 lb Lost so far: 54.7 lb.    Still to go: 35.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
