today was a great day I stuck to my plan! I didn't snack on sugar...meal prep is the 🔑!!! nursing student determined to get slim while in the program.
245.0 lb Lost so far: 41.3 lb.    Still to go: 85.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
