Another bad week. I am annoyed with myself but now realize the problem. When I was losing weight and also during the first year of maintenance, I ate all meals at home or had very occasional, well planned meals at restaurants. Since the fall, I have been eating out more spontaneously. I arrive too hungry and don't think about healthy choices and portion control ahead of time.
Being at my goal weight has been a slippery slope. I begin to forget how much diligence was required to lose and maintain. I'm embarrassed that I don't have my head around this yet but I will keep trying. Now I'm over my goal 4.1 lbs. Doesn't sound like much, but a lifetime of 'gaining all my weight back experience' tells me to stop messing around.
Onward, to another week!
