Still maintaining - Trying not to exceed 1,000 calories daily.
140.5 lb Lost so far: 17.5 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.8 lb a week

Yes. I will admit that on the weekends I sometimes consume 1,500 calories. But most of the time I try not to exceed 1,000 per day. I'm still keeping a spreadsheet of everything I eat and calculate the percent to total of calories for fat, carbs, protein, sugar and cholesterol.
