Day 1 of a planned 5 day ‘no solid food’ fast Blood sugar 90 mg/dL 69 pushups 2019 PUSH UP Challenge (Overall leaderboard)Cold and raining in Los Angeles so I can’t do my planned morning run. I will work out with my dumbbells at home before work. This is the first time in a month I am back to my usual 5 day “No Solid Food” fast. I hope to drop 5-7 pounds this week. 😎 Life is Good! @Keilin_4 - Thanks! :) However, I did workout at the gym AND ran 5 miles yesterday... but, I then went to Benihana's Tappan Restaurant and had the chicken fried rice... 🤦🏾♂️

69 push ups is amazing - no doubt about it!! Sorry you have been rained out of your run so much lately but at least the holidays are gone and you can get back to your normal schedule :) You did great not gaining too much during the last couple weeks so here's to getting back to the 160's very soon!!
