Doing all three parts to this challenge is a great idea. I can feel it mostly in the legs, but I think this will do the trick to jump start my ass back into gear. I'd really love to be able to add at least one run a week into the mix as well.
Plus had a great dinner last night, that's right I actually cooked and have left overs that I'm going to eat!! One this rare occurance I figure I'd share my wonderful meal... Chicken stir fry, but with bean sprouts not rice or noodles. It was awesome and really spicy. Had chicken (obviously), broccoli, green beans, onions, garlic, ginger, and mushrooms, was trying to find baby corn but couldn't. Made it with spicy thai peppers and spicy hoisin sauce. Can't wait for the left overs tonight.
