After months of not tracking I’m back at. Reason being end of January I’ll be prepping for my first physique show 🙌🏼
185.0 lb Lost so far: 15.0 lb.    Still to go: 10.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

2669 kcal Fat: 110.90g | Prot: 205.36g | Carb: 197.85g.   Breakfast: Thomas' Hearty Grains 100% Whole Wheat English Muffins, Egg White, Jif Creamy Peanut Butter, Egg, Oscar Mayer Turkey Bacon (15g). Lunch: Brown Rice, Wegmans Frozen Broccoli Florets, Skinless Chicken Breast. Dinner: Wegmans Frozen Broccoli Florets, Brown Rice, Skinless Chicken Breast. Snacks/Other: Egg Roll with Beef and/or Pork, TGI Friday's Buffalo Wings. more...
