Well, I finally found the gym. I felt weak burning through my new routine. It made me feel very alive and empowered for the rest of the day. My journey has utilized discipline with nutritional and therapeutic ketosis. Since April, I have lost 56 lbs and 7 inches from my belly with a sedentary lifestyle (the reality of 3rd shift). The next leg of my journey will push the limits for my new diet by adding regular weight training. I will document my progress while maintaining OMAD and true ketosis to explore the possibilities for development of my physique. 2019 here we come!
228.9 lb Lost so far: 53.1 lb.    Still to go: 23.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
