Weekly weigh in progress#26
BF 38.4% (-1.0lbs).
Stressful week. Had a 4 hr drive to Dr appts and used my Freedom Day as we were on the road all day. Ate about 3xs my regular calories ugh.
Also heard from my sister that my biological Dad is getting worse. He's a ward of the state with Dementia and his kidneys are shutting down. So I think overall I did okay this week. They will make him comfortable until the end, which could be as little as a couple weeks but who knows? I plan on visiting him even though we're estranged and he may not recognize me even but I will do it to have closure with him and so he's not alone.
160.0 lb Lost so far: 46.8 lb.    Still to go: 25.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
