Elimation every morning still working on this so expect to see faster healing once I get that dialed in better. Also, still working on getting a better sleep routine as I realize how much this can affect weight loss as well.
176.6 lb Lost so far: 30.2 lb.    Still to go: 41.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
