Had a weight stall this week,had a couple of days of higher fat or carbs,will lower fat and carb intake.taken challenge to lose 5lb in two weeks,would be happy to win this challenge. Edit:lost half inch off my stomach this week so maybe gaining muscle is cause of weight stall, so still losing fat?
