THE WEIGHT IS COMING OFF!

I slipped up and had pizza Friday night, but, I picked myself up the very next day, and still lost the weight. I am so excited!!!

Those pounds are now gone forever...

Can't wait til next week!!!

I have changed my goal weight to 170. I'd still like to be 140, but a very wise friend suggested that I go for mini goals that I won't get discouraged about. Baby steps to a big loss, in other words. So, I'm setting a mini goal of 170 for me by May.

I know I can attain this and getting closer to my mini goal will make me feel successful, since 140 is so far away...
196.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 6.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 10.1 lb a week

Just stay away from the pizza! :) You are doing great! Mini goals are a great idea.

way to go!! you can work on making the "perfect" low carb pizza ya know, lol.... I've learned to make my "almost" pizzas anyway.

Wow, great job! I hope to see a slope like that on my graph real soon. I've adopted the mini-goal strategy as well. I think it's working better. Keep up the great work!
