went down a few pounds very thankful today!! I'm swimming every day and taking it slow... being epileptic I need to be careful
215.4 lb Lost so far: 14.6 lb.    Still to go: 70.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Well sort of... I'm winging it I'm not on a stringent plan but have cut gluten as best I can as well as carbs 😁 I'm trying to prep for major surgery
