Not sure why but gained a pound - All I ate was Green Herb Salad Lemon and Oil dressing with Meats and Manchego cheeese and Tzatsiki..... Loads of Green Tea and water - On my plan to lose a pound a day on OMAD KETO I am down 1 lb in 11 days so to gain it back I will fast until Tuesday evening to get back on track. My bloated stomach has gone and I feel fabulous - Goal 2 Get below 200 lbs is very much in my sight. Have a great day all whom read this.I have lost 10 pounds in 11 days in total
201.0 lb Lost so far: 23.0 lb.    Still to go: 61.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
gaining 2.8 lb a week
