So I have been doing okay on the "new and Improved" diet. Although I got a balance ball cardio workout DVD, did one workout and was unable to move for the next two days. I think I need to take it a little bit easier with that one. But getting into the swing of things now that I can finally move again. So here is to everyone having a great weekend, don't eat to much Easter Dinner!!!!
