I have to start going to bed before midnight!
I don't get home until 11pm and sometimes it takes me awhile to wind down...especially since I ride my bike home. Usually I read for a bit, sometimes I just chat about my day with the boyfriend. Most nights, I'm settled around 11:45 or so, but lately, I've been feeling really wired. Maybe I should have some Sleepytime Tea while I read before bed...
