3day wedding party and put on 3 kilo! Absolutely mortified Still I'm back in the horse today I will have a six pack by my 50th in 2 months
221.8 lb Lost so far: 31.7 lb.    Still to go: 23.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
