I'm so grateful that I didn't gain more weight this weeks - I was eating what seemed to me alot of food. So, maybe my perception of alot of food has changed - I hope so. So, today I'm back and glad to be back.
156.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 14.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

well, i did gain a couple of pounds but that's way less than i thought it would be. thanks.

The most important thing is to continue the positive motivation. Your body gave you feedback so just get back to aligning your mind with what your body wants.
