Be encouraged. Trust your journey-especially if you know you are doing what is right for your body. Don't stress this "red arrow". Keep doin' what you have been doing it has been working. :)

thanks everyone. just my mid-week frustration. it never fails. at least once every week or two weeks I get this gain. it's so frustrating when i step on the scale and see it. but I'm honest with myself and still record it. lol

Hang in there - you are doing very well and if you know you are on your program then there is nothing magical that will make you gain - it's something temporary.
