Hello All lovely people. how is everyone? I am not too bad. started to do core conditioning it's difficult, but I am glad I do it with swimming, aqua aerobics, aerobics, yoga, pilates, legs, bums and tums, and the gym every day. so very busy. Since Jim passed away, I haven't stopped. I still find evening and morning very hard to cope with. watching Emmerdale and Coranation Street shortly . Nice and sunny in England. have a good evening, everyone. love always Merry Mel ❤️

Hi All Fatscreats people, how are you all? Firstly, you all have my love and support ❤️. Those struggling, it's not easy to change. I should know. With Jim's loss, it's still very raw. But I am trying hard to turn my life around. To a me Jim would of being proud of, to one I can start to be proud of. There are many of you out there, and my heart and thoughts and prayers go out to you all. Come on, everyone, we can, and we will do this TOGETHER ❤️
