so I'm trying something new wish me luck I'm doing 1 protein shake a day and 2 keto meals hoping to restart weight loss and get out of the plateau zone.... 🙄

so sick of up down up down I'm yo-young between 2-3lbs and cannot kick start that progress like I was I'm getting discouraged anyone have any ideas. I'm doing 2 high protein shakes a day followed by a keto meal a day. I also have sensible snacks to keep the metabolism running like raw nuts or a piece of fruit. I'm staying at about 1500 calories a day and I exercise 4 to 5 times a week water aerobics... any suggestions would help!??? HELP....
