Hello All, how are you all? I'm good and feeling good too. Weigh day Saturday, what I expected to be 128/ 127? only time will tell. I have been away to Manchester for a while to see my cousin Irene she was 78 on the 17th of June, and I was 66 on the 10th of June. We had a fantastic time. The weather was awful, cold, and very wet. we drink too much, ate too much but a brilliant catch-up. We haven't seen each other in 62 years. Irene is my mother's sisters daughter. she gave me photos of grandma when she was about 20 years old. Also, some books of Grandma's she was awarded when she was 10/11 years old for good school attendance. I have them now, and I am reading them. Went to Tunbridge Wells with Angie and Anne for lunch. I bought myself a very beautiful dress it is £185.00 but worth every penny. I have done everything without my precious Jim now. Christmas, New Year, Easter, his birthday, and mine. so nothing more to celebrate without him. Irene got me watching Love Island it's daft, but I have to carry on now. Well, enough from me. Hi Everyone, just to let you all know. I have been away to Manchester Piccadilly to see my Cousin Irene.. I will tell you all about later. I went up to 130•2 lbs on holiday. I am now 129 lbs. I lost 1•2 lbs since I came back Tuesday. I ate an awful lot and drank Pimms and lemonade every day 🙃. so I think cutting out just that has helped. I am also cutting down a lot on my food intake. Now the heard work begins. catch up later. Just woken up. much love to you all aways. Merry Mel 😍 ❤️
