more on track but mixing up carbs at bit. gym sessions have benn good and had PT session this week.
A light dinner a couple of nights has helped in a bit of loss combined with the exercise this week so dropped nearly a kilo.
157.2 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 24.9 lb.    Diet followed N/A.
