Well, I did some damage this weekend. We went away for a little vacation and I ate too much and didn't work out very much. I guess a little vacation is a good thing, though. I feel rested and ready to get back into my routine.
208.4 lb Lost so far: 66.6 lb.    Still to go: 3.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
