Super happy that I actually carbed up this weekend, because now I'm realizing that I'm not missing much. Nothing I had this weekend was good enough to justify stalling my weight loss. Instead of craving bread and sugar I'm just craving berries (which is a big step up!) and I can always find somewhere to squeeze in those healthy carbs. Just went grocery shopping, now to meal prep for the week!
