I have a decent excuse for the large weight gain a two night mini break in Eastbourne -The Hotel was decent enough and meals workable considering the price. The weather was fantastic and being on the coast in a tee shirt was a nice feeling especially in mid October. I did manage to get up and complete the Eastbourne parkrun on Saturday and we did a lot of walking and a fair bit of eating and drinking. All very much worth it.
Today it's back on a diet. Have a great start to the week all of you.
