At least it's something to show me that I'm still on the right path! I had a very hard week, and ate a lot of horrible foods! Work is hard without being able to emotionally eat on bad days, especially if I'm on my period! This loss just goes to show me how well I'll do if I resist the donuts in the break room next week! Thank you guys for helping me stay strong 💪
236.0 lb Lost so far: 21.0 lb.    Still to go: 86.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
