I am a bit worried that my weight started going away quite fast.. Although I am eating quite a lot (3 times per day), but mostly low calorie food. Also started waking up early and drinking around 3 liters of water per day. Seems like that's what they call "water weight". I guess when I am back to my sports routine, I will need to add extra calories to my meal..
175.9 lb Lost so far: 33.5 lb.    Still to go: 37.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

The same happened for me then it slowed now with working out more and keeping eating healthier foods it's gonna keep going down. Congratulations on the weight loss.
