I must admit, it wasn't easy to weight in this morning.. emotionally not easy, as I have just returned from a 3-week vacation, and due to jet lag I now wake up much more early and so I have time to eat more 😂 BUT it appeared that I lost some weight, probably because I am super busy and my body is using a lot of energy these days ;) good to know
178.8 lb Lost so far: 30.6 lb.    Still to go: 39.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
