Well, I am guilty, guilty. Blew it lastnight. Ate 3 Pillsbury peanut butter cookies in the late hour P.M. Guess I will fall once in awhile, but I'm on the road to progress once again.

Had to put my 'Lauren Roxburgh' foam roller tube away and I began Yoga for weight loss every morning now. For me, having MS, the foam roller exercises were impossible for me. But I tried. The A.M. yoga is much easier for me so I will religiously conquer that.
