Ate a 12" Subway Turkey for dinner just to get my calories up. Felt like I ate too much, but still ended below 1500 for the day. Still, won't do that again. Twinged my calf on the treadmill tonight but finished the session walking. Prolly no tread tomorrow. 'Night.
