Back on track this week. Walked the dog!!! Really trying to keep it up. Lots of people around me started when I did and have LOST a visable amount of weight. I really want that to be me and the only way to do that is to STAY ON TRACK!!!!!
191.0 lb Lost so far: 7.0 lb.    Still to go: 36.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
