I ate pretty light yesterday and I went shopping all day. I still gained some weight, but my routine is all out of whack. I still don't feel great today, but I think I feel a little better. It looks like another light workout week I'm afraid. Please go away colds.
208.8 lb Lost so far: 66.2 lb.    Still to go: 3.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
