My weight is the same today, but I had a good plyo workout last night. I hope I'm feeling better. I also had a good nap prior to the workout. That may be a key since I'm 49 y/o. I ate too many snacks again. I have to get that under control. I'm kicking around the idea of trying to maintain 195 lbs. I just don't want to have to get a new wardrobe.
207.6 lb Lost so far: 67.4 lb.    Still to go: 2.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
